The green-roof homes 9B, 9C and 9G are wonderful holiday homes. The plots are large (1,000 m2) and have a spacious berth for a boat (max. draught approx. 1 metre).
Each home has a large patio with garden furniture and uninterrupted views over the Reitdiep and/or the countryside. Each home has an insulating layer of 30 cm soil on the roof (with plants), stone cavity walls and underfloor heating. The front of the home has a large glass façade, ensuring the home has plenty of light.
